Upon the sale of one of our referred properties, you pay a 25% third-party referral fee to Aggressive Real Estate Agents™. It's that simple!

Buyer Referrals from Aggressive Real Estate Agents™

To become a Member REALTOR® of Aggressive Real Estate Agents™, you must fill out the form on the REALTOR® sign-up page. The best part is that You pay nothing until you actually complete the transaction (close) on a property.

When Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ sends you a buyer that has notified us that they will be looking to purchase a property, Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ will offer the same flat third party referral fee that we offer on the sell side. (Only if you have listed with our client on the sell side. Otherwise, we require a 25% referral fee.)

Note: If Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ sends you a seller and they have not notified Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ that they will be looking to purchase as well, Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ does not expect a referral fee on the buy side. It is only for the specific leads we send you directly pertaining to either the buy side or both the buy side and selling side.
