How does this work?

• A REALTOR® comes to Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ website, designates the area or areas in which he/she is properly licensed and operates, and registers by providing information such as the location of their office, years of experience, association affiliations and NAR designations. This information becomes the REALTOR® profile with Aggressive Real Estate Agents™.
   
• After the REALTOR® completes registration by providing their contact information that will not be viewed by the Member Home Owner/Seller. The REALTOR® may choose ZIP codes of special interest, in order for the REALTOR® to be alerted by email whenever a  property becomes available for bid in those ZIP codes.
   
• The REALTOR® becomes a Member REALTOR® of Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ when he/she is confirmed and receives the confirmation email, usually within 24 hours.  An Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ representative will contact the REALTOR® via phone to review the seller or buyers proposed terms that match the zip codes that the REALTOR® provides. The representative will then send a confirmation email with the quote that was sent to the Home Owner/Seller.
   
• When a Member Home Owner/Seller chooses to be contacted by a Member REALTOR®, then and only then will Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ send an email to the Member REALTOR® containing the full property information, specifications and contact information for the Member Home Owner/Seller.

• Once the Member Home Owner/Seller has reviewed the bids and contacts (A.R.E.A)Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ with the information regarding the REALTORS® they would like to interview, Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ will then contact the chosen REALTOR® as well as notify the Member Home Owner/Seller with the contact information for each one of the member REALTORS® that they have chosen based upon the agreed upon commission rate (%) the REALTOR® will charge to sell the property. For Buyers, there is never a commission fee, rather the buyer and the agent are matched based on personality and expertise.
  

• The Member REALTOR® then contacts the Member Seller.

• The Member REALTOR® may choose to enter into a contract with the Member Seller but is not obligated in any way to do so.
