How does this work?

• The home owner comes to aggressiverealestateagents.com ("Aggressive Real Estate Agents™") website and registers their home by providing some basic information such as the type of property, ZIP code, and the price range they expect the home to be listed at. This information becomes part of the sellers property profile, which is used by aggressiverealestateagents.com ("Aggressive Real Estate Agents™") when contacting Professional REALTORS.
  
   
• The home owner/seller’s contact information will remain private until the property owner chooses to be contacted by a specific REALTOR® during the initial bidding process.
  
   
• When registering with aggressiverealestateagents.com ("Aggressive Real Estate Agents™") The home owner/seller dictates the specifics for bids such as the length of the listing period, years of experience, etc.
   
• The property owner becomes a Member Seller of aggressiverealestateagents.com ("Aggressive Real Estate Agents™") and Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ will contact the REALTORS®, negotiate directly with them and contact the seller with their proposed bids on the reduced commission rate (%) they will charge to sell the property based on the Member Seller’s specifications directly to ("Aggressive Real Estate Agents™"). Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ provides commission quotes based on the Realtors providing "Full Service" which includes the marketing and advertising for your home. If you would like to see a quote for a "Discount" listing, we will certainly try to accommodate the request. Please keep in mind that the Realtors we use are seasoned professionals and not "part-timers." These professionals take pride in providing the very best service for any and all listings and occasionally they may decline to quote on a true "discount" listing. 
   
• Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ after reviewing the information will contact the Member home owner/seller by email when there is a commission bid for them to review.  
   
• After reviewing the commission bids, the Member home owner/seller will contact Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ via email, at which point they may choose to be contacted directly by 1 or up to five of the REALTORS® who have placed bids. Or, if no REALTORS® are chosen, then Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ will take the best bid only (48 hours after expiration) and send both the Member home owner/seller and the winning REALTOR® the contact information. (The Member home owner/seller can end the bidding process at any time by emailing Aggressive Real Estate Agents™.)

• The home owner/seller may choose to enter into a contract with one of the Aggressive Real Estate Agents™ participating REALTORS® but is not under any obligation in any way to do so.
